Families are invited to get into the Halloween spirit as Killarney Outlet Centre hosts its Halloween Fancy Dress Parade and Family Fun Day on Sunday, 25th October, from 2pm to 6pm.
With a fantastic line-up of children’s entertainment, colourful costumes and exciting prizes up for grabs, it promises to be a spooktacular afternoon of fun for children and families from across Kerry and beyond.
The highlight of the afternoon will be the Fancy Dress Parade, which gets underway at 4pm. Registration opens at 3.40pm, giving little witches, wizards, superheroes, ghosts and ghouls the chance to get ready to show off their imaginative Halloween outfits. There will be goody bags for all children taking part in the parade, with a €1 entry fee.
There are some fantastic prizes on offer this year for the Best Dressed Boy, Best Dressed Girl and Best Dressed Family. The Best Dressed Boy and Best Dressed Girl will each receive a Kerry GAA Store gift box valued at €120 including a signed 2026 Kerry GAA jersey. Both prizes are sponsored by Kerry GAA Store.
The Best Dressed Family prize (Sponsored by Christmas in Killarney & O’Brien’s Irish Sandwich Bar) promises a memorable treat , featuring a family visit to Santa at Christmas in Killarney 2026 along with lunch for the family in O’Brien’s Irish Sandwich Café at Killarney Outlet Centre.
The fun begins from 2pm, with plenty to keep younger visitors entertained throughout the afternoon. Children can enjoy free Halloween face painting, balloon modelling and magic shows with Tony Wonder, with performances at 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
Whether children arrive in their favourite spooky costume or come along simply to enjoy the Halloween atmosphere, there will be plenty of opportunities to join in the fun and make some lovely family memories.
