Dublin, May 2015 - CBRE announced today that outdoor clothing and accessories brand Trespass
is to open a new store in Killarney Outlet Centre in early May.
Trespass will trade from a 152 sq.m. unit within the scheme,
this brings to nine the total number of standalone Trespass stores
in the Republic of Ireland. The Irish owned chain has gone from strength
to strength opening four new stores in 2014 with further stores planned for 2015.
The scheme is currently anchored by one the country’s largest and is home to a mix of local and national tenants including Costa Coffee,
Holland & Barrett, Claire’s Accessories, Paco, Leading Labels, The Works
, Pavers Shoes, DV8 and O’ Brien’s Sandwich Bar.

CBRE CONFIRM DV8 TO OPEN IN KILLARNEY
Dublin, July 2014 ?Having recently been appointed to relaunch the scheme, CBRE announced today
that fashion multiple DV8 have commenced fit out works on a unit in Killarney Outlet Centre which is
expected to open in the coming weeks.
DV8 will trade from a 379 sq.m. unit, the fashion retailer who trades from
over 35 stores nationwide including some of the countrys top shopping centre schemes will offer customers
a variety of popular brands including Superdry, Calvin Klein, Adidas, Canterbury, Converse, Lacoste, Vans,
Lipsy, Vero Moda and more.
The scheme is currently anchored by one the countrys largest and is home to a mix of
